Apostle Shaun D. Vance, PhD., D.D.
Apostle Vance is a 4th-generation pastor, Army veteran, and visionary leader with over 30 years of ministry. From Washington, DC to the nations, his call has always been clear — build leaders, plant churches, and restore Kingdom order. He’s the founder of The Rock Church and the General Overseer of KBB Worldwide Fellowship, known for his prophetic clarity and his deep teaching on spiritual authority and protocol.
Pastor Dr. LaDonna Vance
Affectionately known as Pastor L, she is a prophetic intercessor, worship leader, and teacher with a mantle to minister to women, families, and spiritual identity. Her wisdom, transparency, and obedience to the Holy Spirit have impacted generations. Whether she’s leading prayer, preaching, or laughing with the youth, Pastor L carries a unique grace that makes everyone feel seen, covered, and loved.

Married for over 31 years, Apostle and Pastor L don’t just lead the church — they live it. As parents of three incredible children, they’ve modeled what it means to serve God as a family and build a ministry that feels like home. Their heartbeat is simple:
